Once your subscription or purchase is confirmed, all available content will appear inside your member dashboard within the app. If content does not appear immediately, try logging out and logging back in or refreshing your app.


Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts sent to your email. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or promotions folder.


Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed directly through your Apple account settings. For web-based subscriptions, please log into your account dashboard.


First, ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Then try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, or restarting your device.
